We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.
If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund and notify us for any concerns.
Subscriptions
If you have a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Refund Policy for Digital Products:
We offer refunds for video packages within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- You must provide documented, verifiable proof within 7 calendar days of purchase of a major error in our video content as we firmly stand behind the accuracy of the information in our videos.
- A major error is defined as:
- A claim such as that assumable mortgage programs no longer exist. (If the sellers loan documents confirm their loan is assumable, the lender servicing the loan must abide by the original terms of the loan.)
- A significant omission of crucial information (e.g., major expenses that were not addressed, the process was incorrect or changes in lender guidelines, etc. )
- Minor discrepancies or personal preferences regarding the content, such as the light music in the background, do not qualify for a refund. However, if you present a good case for a request for a refund, we will entertain it as Customer Satisfaction is a priority for us as is a new course as of 2025 by following these guidelines.
- Verification Process
- Any information you submit will be verified for accuracy and relevance within 7 business days.
- If the claim is valid, we will use it to improve our course where applicable.

Refund Processing
- If we verify your claim, we will issue a refund minus any transaction fees incurred by our payment provider.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of complete documentation.
- If we request additional clarification, you must respond within 48 hours, and the 7-business-day processing period will restart upon receipt of your response.
- We will provide proof of any transaction fees deducted for transparency from our payment provider.
How to request a refund:
Note: We offer three free introductory videos to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. We are confident in the accuracy and value of our content, and this refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Community Membership Refunds:
- We offer a prorated refund for the current month of the membership if we fail to provide a satisfactory response to your questions within 5 business days.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must have actively participated in the community, followed the guidelines for asking questions, ( located in our Community Guidelines,) and provided sufficient details in your inquiries. If we reach out for further information, you must provide us with the necessary details we need to complete our investigation within 24 hours and the 5 business day timeline will restart when we receive your response.

Consumer Protection Law
