sUpport sessions:
Two dedicated support sessions are available each weekday except holidays (early afternoon and early evening, Monday through Friday, PST).
Your questions will be answered promptly through our community portal during these sessions.
If your question is addressed in our video library, we'll guide you to the specific video or direct you to the Q&A section or we will provide a response.
To ensure timely responses, each active member will be limited to two questions per day.
We encourage you to search these resources first before posting new questions.
Qualifying Questions:
For specific questions about qualifying requirements—such as income, credit, and assets—please reach out to the current lender directly, as these factors depend on individual circumstances and lender or investor guidelines.
For general guidance on credit qualification, please see the "Credit Qualifying" video in the Intermediate Program, which covers essential information that may answer your questions.
Respectful Communication:
We are committed to fostering a respectful, supportive environment. Any discussions that promote negativity, contain foul language, or violate our code of conduct will be removed.
Personal information should not be shared, as this is a professional community focused on learning and sharing knowledge.

Refunds and Cancellations:
You may cancel your membership at any time; however, please note that membership payments are non-refundable.
We will consider a refund for the current month if we are unable to direct you to a video that answers your question or if we fail to respond to all of your questions within 7 business days from the date of your last inquiry.
Privacy and Security:
To ensure the privacy and security of all members, please refrain from sharing any personal information or customer details (including names, addresses, or sensitive financial data) on the platform.
Updates and Changes:
Please be aware that lender guidelines may evolve over time, and updates to our videos may be required.
When updates occur, we will update the relevant video content and notify our members of the changes made. We encourage you to stay informed by checking for updates regularly.
